Elnacks is an argon gas used for welding and is composed of two ingredients, including a considerable amount of oxygen. The oxygen contained in the gas makes the arc stable and because the particle transfer is small, sputtering is drastically reduced. Combining GMAW of thin steel sheets now, which had hitherto been difficult, with a digital pulse power source we can now offer stable welding with moreover virtually no sputtering. Bellswing is a facility which produces the nitrogen assist gas, which is used for laser cutting, mainly for stainless steel, on demand with a PSA facility. We have an extensive lineup available according to application, and can bring about a major reduction in the cost of the gas used in laser cutting facilities which have high operational ratios.

Aqua Gas Generator

Aqua Gas is one which, combining propane gas with hydrogen and oxygen generated though water electrolysis, becomes the fuel for gas cutting. This gas reduces the volume of oxygen and propane gas used, and improves the cutting speed. It also brings about dross free cutting and reducescutting warp. Aqua Gas results in rationalization at the location where the gas cutting takes place. It also contributes to a reduction in CO2 exhaust. Since production is on demand, Aqua Gas does not fall under the scope of the Japanese High Pressure Gas Law. Concerning generation capacity, there are three types of Aqua Gas generators, and as maximumcapacity each unit can supply up to 40 #1 equivalent nozzles for cutting.

"Onikaze Super Collector" for the prevention of dust collector fire and welding fume is a combined type collector of wet and dry collecting methods and micro-computer controlled apparatus orienting safety in the factory. The wet collecting section adopts new idea of wind membrane built-up mechanism to remove 99.93% of 0.3 micron mist particles safely and efficiently. "Onikaze Super Collector" is a versatile collector applicable for welding fume, mist, dust, and oily smoke.
