The company "neis" is composed of four business stages such as joining materials, weld engineering, dedicated machine engineering and vacuum soldering operation and is engaging with the fabrication of products utilizing the special joining technology through manufacturing and sales of special joining materials, dissimilar alloy welding, precision joining and hard-facing. For one of the example, we exhibit flux-cored soldering wire for alminum, paste, neis original phosphor bronze clad solder material, arc welding consumables for hard-facing, soldering materials for alminum, copper, stainless steel and a chamber. At the same time, a demonstration of alminum soldering by means of a high frequency soldering machine.

High Frequency Soldering for Alminum by a Flux Cored Wire

We provide a lot of feasible joining methods for alminum by kind of welding material. At this moment, we will make a demonstration of high frequency soldering by a flux cored wire. Moreover, we exhibit some newly developed Cu and SUS clad soldering material.
