World's first robot fused with welding power source, "TAWERS"
1) Robot directly and precisely controls welding waveforms.
2) Minimizing the spatter generation and realizing stable and high speed welding by the adoption of new short circuit waveform control method "SP-MAG".
3) Newly designed manipulator realized stable and high speed welding by improving capacity of drive motor and rating of reduction gear. The exclusive design for welding reduces interference to robot itself and realizes stable wire feeding.
