[EXHIBIT OUTLINE]
We will display several new lasers; LD Components, DDL(Direct Diode Laser) by Nuvonyx and Fiber Laser by SPI.. Furthermore, the DDL processing system manufactured by NSTR(Nippon Steel Techno Research) will be exhibited and also demonstrated. DDL of Nuvonyx is built into the system. A variety of samples processed by the system will be displayed as well. You can easily watch the superior performance of the system by those samples, e.g. AL welding, Clad, Hardening Material, Resin Junction Processing Sample. In addition, we will exhibit the following useful equipment for the people who are using a laser system; the laser beam profiler of Spiricon, the power meter of Ophir, the protection glasses of Yamamoto, etc.

DDL Processing System

Nuvonyx has already delivered a high power DDL, whose output power is 4kW, and it is the first case that such the high power DDL is used in a production line. And also Nuvonyx has delivered the highest power class LD array whose output power is 24kW CW.The DDL of Nuvonyx is extremely small and light. In fact, the weight of 4kW model is less than 7kg. And its electrical conversion efficiency is much higher comparing with CO2 laser and YAG laser. Moreover it is easy use and maintenance cost is also low. From now on, it is expected in earnest that the DDL will penetrate into the industrial market. The high power DDL system, which will be exhibited and demonstrated, is a product manufactured by NSTR. NSTR is in technical cooperation with Nuvonyx.
