We, Isel Co., Ltd., exhibit a guide-roller type welding equipment. We provide proposals of single pipe manufacturing line through demonstration. Special features of the equipment are followings. (1) Automatic welding is carried out only placing a work-pipe on the equipment without positioning or clamping. (2) The work-piece is not deviated circumferentially by the rollers installed in the metal mold, etc.

Guide-roller type welding Equipment GRW-500

Isel exhibits a new concept guide-roller type automatic welding equipment for the proposal a single pipe manufacturing line. Special features of the equipment are the followings. (1) The automatic welding is performed just placing the work-piece on the equipment. (2) No positioning or clamping of the work-piece is necessary. (3) The work-piece is not deviated to the circumferential direction by the rollers installed in the guide-roller metal mold, etc. We demonstrate a continuous process of automatic welding with the rolled work-piece by bending roll machine and exhibit Isel's roll machines.
