HAMAMATSU PHOTONICS K.K. exhibits a heating instrument using laser diode, which features compact and high performance. It installs laser diodes developed by ourselves. Nowadays, the demand of a heating instrument using laser diode is remarkably expanding for processing, such as polymer welding, soldering, heat treatment and so on. No contact with the object, no vibration, minimum influence of heat make it possible to finish the work beautifully. Moreover, it realizes saving energy and work spaces. On the other hand, temperature monitoring instrument helps to reduce the burdensome task of control processing condition. This is a compilation of our unique
technologies on photonics, and it realizes real-time failure measurement by monitoring the temperature of processing point.
