【出展概要】
当社は、ドイツＶｉｓｉｏｎ社のＹＡＧレーザー溶接機の販売と各地のレーザー溶接所で金型などの受託溶接加工を賜わっております。このレーザーは光エネルギーを微小な空間に集中させ、そのエネルギーで物質を非接触・高速・高精度に加工する方法で、金型への肉盛補修の新しい技術です。特徴は熱による変形・歪が殆ど発生せず、強い密着度が得られます。また高硬脆性材料の溶接や異種金属の溶接も可能で、各種金属は勿論、半導体、医療、宝飾等の幅広い応用が可能です。今回の展示ブースでは自動機及び大型治具の展示実演を紹介いたします。

ＬＷＩ-１２０Ｗ機 及び大型治具
今回出展のＴｗｉｎＴｙｐｅはティーチングにより自動運転が可能で、ファイバーヘッドに切り替えることにより大型金型等にも対応可能です。また、大型治具は大型ワークを挟み込み、取り付けた直下型ヘッドを作動させて作業を行います。
